Terms of Service
Last updated 30 July 2026
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement — work we do for a client is governed by the contract signed for it, and nothing here changes that.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by iLeaf Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Phase-II, Carnival Infopark, Kochi 682042, Kerala, India. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you are confirming you may accept them on its behalf.
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
What this website is
It describes what we do and how we work, and it gives you ways to start a conversation with us. Everything on it — service descriptions, case studies, figures, timelines — is provided for information. None of it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver anything on particular terms.
Case studies describe work done for specific clients under specific constraints. They are accurate accounts of what happened, and they are not a prediction of what would happen for you.
Lia, the assistant on this site
Lia is an AI assistant. It answers from our published material and can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete — including about our own services. Treat what it says as a starting point, not as a statement you can rely on. Nothing it says is an offer, a price, a professional opinion, or advice of any kind, and it cannot commit us to anything.
Please do not send confidential information to Lia. Conversations are processed by a third-party model provider and stored for a limited period so the assistant can follow the thread — see the Privacy Policy for who receives what. If you need to discuss something sensitive, ask us for a call and an NDA first. If you have already sent something you should not have, tell us and we will delete it.
Do not use Lia to attempt to extract our internal instructions, to probe the systems behind it, or to submit content that is unlawful or designed to make it produce unlawful output.
Enquiries and requirement submissions
Sending an enquiry, booking a call, or submitting the requirement form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, does not oblige us to take the work, and does not oblige you to give it to us. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign something that says so.
Please send accurate information, and only material you are entitled to share. If you attach documents belonging to an employer or a third party, you are confirming you have the right to send them to us. We treat what you send as confidential in the ordinary commercial sense and use it only to respond to you, but until an NDA is in place, do not send anything whose disclosure would genuinely harm you.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, code, illustrations, photographs and the iLeaf name and marks — belongs to us or to the people we licensed it from. You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not republish it as your own, use it to train a model, or reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
Client names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to those companies and appear to identify work we did, not to imply that they endorse us.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at damaging volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it; do not use it to distribute malware or unlawful material; and do not use it to impersonate anyone. We may restrict access if you do.
If you find a security vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] rather than exploiting or publishing it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and gives us reasonable time to fix it.
Other people's websites and services
This site links to other websites, and one page — the requirement form — is served by a third party. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms apply when you are on them.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. Anything time-sensitive — figures, availability, capability — should be confirmed with a person before you rely on it.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of this website or reliance on anything it says, including anything said by Lia. Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms cover this website. They are not the contract for any work iLeaf does for you: an engagement is governed by the agreement signed for it, and nothing here limits or replaces what that agreement says.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
