More than a decade in the industry, most of it at iLeaf — from iOS engineer through project lead to running delivery, so architecture and delivery are the same conversation for him.

He works on what to build and how: technical architecture and product roadmaps for mobile and cloud, and stepping into projects that have drifted to find the gap and realign them.

Runs delivery operations from Stockton-on-Tees, which is what puts somebody on UK and EU work inside the client's own working day rather than at the end of it.

Fourteen years in the industry, eleven of them in project management across energy, healthcare, real estate, education and AI. PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner and Certified ScrumMaster, with a master's in IT project management from Teesside.
