Cookie Policy
Last updated 30 July 2026
This page lists everything ileafsolutions.com stores in your browser. There is one cookie, it is essential to a feature you have to start yourself, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking anywhere on this site.
The complete list
One cookie, set only if you use Lia:
| Name | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|
| lia_session | Keeps your conversation with Lia attached to you as you move between pages, so you do not have to start again.httpOnly and sameSite=lax. Contains a random identifier and nothing else — no name, no email, no content. | 24 hours from your last message |
Analytics, only if you allow it
We use website analytics, as most sites do. It sets cookies, so it is not switched on until you say yes in the notice at the foot of the page. Decline and the analytics code is never downloaded to your browser at all — not loaded and idle, not present.
It records pages visited, how you interact with them, page performance and any errors your browser hits. Your IP address is not stored, and what you type is masked — including anything you say to the assistant, which stays in the conversation. You can change your mind at any time; withdrawing consent stops it and clears what it held.
What we do not set
No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking. No retargeting. There is no Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta pixel, LinkedIn Insight tag or equivalent anywhere on this site.
This page has twice said something about analytics that stopped being true — it once claimed cookieless analytics we never ran, and then said there were none at all, which was true until product analytics were added. It is written from what the code does and changed at the same time as the code, which is the only way a page like this stays honest.
What you are being asked to accept
Consent is required before setting cookies that are not necessary for a service you asked for. The essential cookie above is necessary for a feature you start deliberately — it exists so the assistant can remember the conversation you chose to begin — so it is not up for negotiation and the notice does not pretend otherwise.
The analytics are a different matter, and that is the one thing the notice asks about. Both buttons carry the same weight and declining is listed first, because a decline that is harder to find than an accept is the same dark pattern with better manners.
Removing it
Clearing the conversation in Lia deletes the stored session outright — the record is removed, not flagged as deleted — and the cookie stops pointing at anything. You can also delete cookies for this site in your browser at any time; nothing will break, and Lia will start a new conversation next time.
What personal data reaches which company, and what you can ask us to do about it, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
