Questions we get asked
How do you handle duplicate listings?
Entity resolution on address, geometry and attributes, with a confidence threshold and a review queue for the ambiguous cases. Fully automatic deduplication will eventually merge two genuinely different properties, so we keep a human path for the uncertain ones.
Can you integrate with our CRM and feeds?
Yes — that is most of the work in practice. We treat the feeds as untrusted input, normalise on the way in, and keep a record of what changed so a bad supplier update can be identified rather than silently absorbed.
