Build things that are still running in ten years.
iLeaf has been engineering since 2011, and we still run most of what we built. If you would rather own a system than pass it on, this is a reasonable place to spend a few years.
See what it is like to work here- You keep what you build
- We still maintain over 500 of the products we shipped. You will see the consequences of your own architecture decisions, which is the fastest way anyone learns to make better ones.
- AI work, not AI theatre
- Our AI runs in production under governance, in regulated settings — including fully on-premise. That means evaluation harnesses and audit trails, not demos that never ship.
- Real clients, real constraints
- Healthcare, lending, education. Work where being wrong has consequences, and where the interesting engineering is in handling that properly.
- Small teams, named ownership
- Pods with a lead, not a resource pool. You are accountable for something specific and you have the authority that goes with it.
