AI agents for real estate.
Property enquiries are lost to response time more than to price. iLeaf builds agents that answer immediately, shortlist against a buyer's actual criteria, chase documents and book viewings — while negotiation and closing stay with your people, where the relationship and the margin genuinely are.
What this looks like in real estate / proptech
- Enquiry qualification
- Immediate response on every channel, capturing budget, timing and requirements before interest cools.
- Buyer and tenant matching
- Shortlisting against stated criteria and behaviour, not just the newest listings.
- Viewing scheduling
- Calendar coordination across agents, vendors and buyers without a chain of phone calls.
- Lease and document queries
- Answering questions about terms and break clauses with a citation back to the agreement.
Questions we get asked
Will an agent handle negotiation?
We would advise against it. Agents are effective on the volume work — enquiry, shortlist, scheduling, chasing — where speed matters and the downside of an imperfect exchange is small. Negotiation is where your people earn their fee.
Can it work across our portal feeds?
Yes, though reconciling those feeds is usually the first task. Listings duplicate and addresses disagree, so we build normalisation and entity resolution before agents rely on the data, or they will confidently quote the wrong property.
