We had a good opportunity to work with a well known Fitness center for group fitness and training programs. They come up with areas of touching like Gym membership management, Gym entry/exit via the app through scanning, referral programs, nutrition & diet plan for the members as per their goal and activity monitoring and promote their online class.
The core idea of the stakeholders was to create an application that helps the users to see videos based on the skills they set on a weekly basis and make the user’s workout on a weekly basis.
One of the challenges was to create the algorithm to match several conditions of the users such as their body nature, their body limitations, as well as the type of training they need. Another main challenge was to manage the subscription-based payment for all the users who want to join the application. Additionally, to develop an Algorithm for workout change depending on the calorie-burning from activity tracking.
We started to build a different category of workout database and created an Algorithm for the creation of the workouts. The algorithm works if the user initially entered data will be used for creating a workout section from the database. Every week will reset the workouts depending on the Activity tracking results. We added some useful features to the application.
The most important feature, Geolocation, enables users to track walk routes, plan routes, and report workouts of the users. It uses a map to track the location and that location can be shared on various social media platforms.
A barcode scanner scans the barcode with your smartphone and provides all the necessary data related to ingredients and calories.
Integrated with Wearable Devices and its Data

This feature is integrated into RunKeeper or Nike+ application that entertains and inspires a person when he/she accomplishes the goals. Many health and fitness app development companies are investing in integrating notification systems, as it helps them to remember about workout sessions and for business, it helps to increase revenue by notifying users about an upcoming workout.
By using the app, the community could arouse the interest of its young members into sports. They could create a strong sports community and host events for their members. The App has inspired many users to find new people, socialize better, and create a larger sports network. Even though the app development was quite challenging, the application indeed proved the efforts made by the entire team.
